The Community Engagement Worker will engage with local residents and community groups on issues relating to food production, healthier lifestyles, social cohesion, environmental education and skill development.

GCA is an experienced environmental charity, providing activities in food growing, environmental education, reducing waste & encouraging sustainable lifestyles. Our projects have included amongst other things, – a community allotment: a diverse & supportive weekly gardening group, parent & toddlers and school sessions; & a community Toolbank : hiring out low cost DIY and gardening tools.
