Hope for the Future is seeking a knowledgeable team leader to motivate and empower our talented and enthusiastic Policy and Engagement Officers. 

Reporting to the Delivery and Operations Co-Director, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the Policy & Engagement team delivers to their targets, accurately monitoring and evaluating their performance and keeping our funders and partners up to date with our successes.

Managing our 4 Policy & Engagement Officers, you will work to maximise constituent engagement and outreach numbers. You will also act as the main point of contact for our partner organisations as well as representing our organisation at public events, conferences and with politicians.

You will support activities that generate the income we need to advance our mission of strengthening democratic engagement to drive inclusive action on the climate and nature crises.
