What solutions are there to the challenges of sustainable food production? Come along to hear about current thinking.

About this event

Our speaker, Professor Peter Jackson, will be taking us beyond ‘eat less meat and dairy’ into an understanding of why that matters, describing current production and consumer trends and looking to the future for sustainable and secure food production based on current research.

Peter is co-director of the Institute for Sustainable Food, at the University of Sheffield.

Doors will open at 7pm with the talk starting at 7:15pm. Talk and discussion will finish by 8:30.
